Judge of the Special High Criminal Court
The Court lacks
the lawful proceedings that are well established in
international and Iraqi laws. For this reason, it seems
that there is an outstanding intentional intent to convict
us due to the existence of a malicious American desire which
is complied to by the degrade collaborators in Iraq on the
consumption that they will keep us away from the policies
and issues of our country if we were convicted in crimes
against humanity. You know and all the others know that we
have not become rulers of Iraq by political or financial
means, and that we were not brought to the office of power
by their aircrafts an tanks but by our and our great
people's will and in accordance with the awareness,
historical desire and decision of our people in sequent
referendums.
America and its
collaborators are deceiving only themselves and will not
deceive our people or the public opinion. For this, we will
not attend the trial proceedings which are scheduled for the
10th of July, 2006 and we hereby notify you in
accordance with the position of law.
